The Dungen project, with a gross area of 15,000 m², is an environmental building with a very interesting architecture. In 2019, the building was awarded the City Building Prize in Malmö.

Dungen, which is adjacent to Hyllie station, is an office property with a broad focus on sustainability. The building has been certified according to Miljöbyggnad Guld, which is the highest environmental certification Miljöbyggnad can issue.

The Miljöbyggnad system has been developed and is owned by Sweden's largest organization for sustainable community building, the Sweden Green Building Council. The grove has an architecturally demanding facade shape, which is shaped by Peikko DELTABEAM® collaboration beams and DELTABEAM® Frame - collaboration frame.

According to the architect's wishes, we have been able to create the three-dimensional design of the façade, where the challenge has been to calculate so that the cantilevered façade part can handle loads from both the façade and the thin floor. The irregular original façade shape creates both character and life to the building.
