Fourways Mall Parkade

WSP’s experience in the design and documentation deliverables for the precast framing mechanism at the Fourways Mall Parkade was most invigorating and a new first challenge in South Africa.

The proposed solutions by Peikko, most certainly facilitated the ease and speed of erection of all the precast vertical elements.

Allowing for a high accuracy due to the lowest tolerances required in the bolted column connections with special built-in components such as anchor bolts HPM^®, column shoes HPKM^® and beam shoes were all specifically designed and developed by Peikko for the Fourways Mall, 7 level Northeast Parkade.
