Skanska develops Citygate. A magnificent building that has a height of 144 meters and consists of 36 floors. It will be the tallest office building in the Nordics.
In addition to offices, the property will include a gym, cycling hotel, restaurant, café, and parking via garage in the building. An extremely modern structure with a focus on service, accessibility but also the environment and sustainability. The buildings carefully selected choice of materials is inspired by Nordic nature. The entire building has a major environmental/sustainability focus, which is evident, among other things, in that it is powered by renewable and locally produced electricity and is both LEED and WELL certified.
For the project, Peikko has delivered customized solutions of cast-in-situ connections.
