A hotel with 183 rooms was built in the HafenCity in Dresden. In order to ensure fast construction progress, the structural engineer was looking for an easy-to-assemble, low-formwork solution. Therefore, DELTABEAM® was chosen in combination with the highest possible proportion of hollow prestressed concrete planks.
On the 3rd floor, DELTABEAM® are used in the roof level. Here, spatial constructions using DELTABEAM® and steel structures had to be installed, which is also a challenge for the construction company.
For the construction company Hans Müller from Glauchau, this is already the second project with DELTABEAM® in a short time, following the CAPZ Glauchau project.
In the course of the construction of the main building, the planning and commissioning for the annex building, where DELTABEAM® is also being installed, took place at a later date.
